Katherine Edwards has specialized in employment law disputes since 1989, initially as an advocate, and currently as a full-time neutral. She now serves exclusively as an independent investigator, and as a neutral in private mediation and arbitration. In addition, Ms. Edwards has served as an expert witness and consultant in issues related to workplace investigations.
