Ms. Edwards drew upon her extensive knowledge of employment law, workplace dynamics, and human nature to develop a successful career as a full-time neutral. She has conducted thousands of Mediations, Arbitrations, and Independent Workplace Investigations involving such diverse workforces as banking, healthcare, legal and medical practices, government, and entertainment.
